How we work?

Our Process

1. Inquiry & Consultation

We start by scheduling a consultation call with you to discuss your gifting and design needs. During this call, we will gain insights into your requirements, explore options to elevate your gifting and design experience, and answer any questions you may have.

2. Proposal and Agreement

After our call, we will send you a detailed summary of your requirements, our offerings, and a contract for your review and signature. A signed contract guarantees the curation, design, and delivery of your order.

3. Creative Direction

In this phase, we take charge of the creative direction and provide a mood board for your review and approval. Curation and production are initiated once your approval is given.

4. Approval & Production

We provide a mockup and request final approval from you before producing and curating your order. Once your approval is received, curation and production are initiated.

5. Shipment & Delivery

You will receive immediate notification once your order is shipped, and we will provide tracking information for your ease of reference. Your order will be delivered within the expected shipping time frame and requested delivery date.

6. Feedback

We value your feedback and appreciate your business. Once your delivery is confirmed, we kindly request that you provide us with your feedback on your experience with us.
