How do I book your gifting and design services?

How much will it cost to curate a gift or book your design services?

As each client’s needs are unique, we work with you to understand your specific requirements and tailor our services to meet your goals and budget.

We offer a range of gift curation and design services, from creating custom gift boxes to designing branding and marketing materials, or helping with relationship management. Our pricing varies depending on the nature, scope, and requirements of each service being requested, as well as the materials and resources needed to deliver the highest quality outcomes.

What is your processing time?

Thank you for asking about our processing time for curated gifting, designs, and customized branding orders. We’re happy to provide you with the information you need. Typically, we fulfill orders within 7-14 days of receiving them. However, some orders may require additional processing time depending on their complexity, such as bespoke wedding stationery, which may require more time to produce. If your order requires additional processing time, we will clarify the details with you and keep you informed of the progress. Rest assured we will make sure your order is delivered within your desired delivery date.

Do you offer shipping and local delivery?

We are glad to inform you that we offer both shipping and local delivery options for your convenience. For domestic orders within the U.S.A, we offer shipping via UPS. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a UPS tracking number that you can use to track the delivery of your order. For clients in the Washington, D.C metropolitan area, we offer local delivery. Our flat rate for local delivery is $25. We strive to make the delivery process as seamless as possible for you and ensure that you never miss a delivery confirmation. You will be informed once your order is delivered.

Whether you choose shipping or local delivery, our team takes great care in ensuring that your order is delivered on time and in perfect condition. We use high-quality packaging materials and work closely with our shipping and delivery partners to ensure that your order arrives safely and securely.

When will my order arrive?

All orders are handled with care and given our utmost attention to ensure that they arrive within your desired delivery date. Once your order is confirmed and processed, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date and tracking details based on the shipping or delivery option you choose.

For domestic orders within the U.S.A, we offer shipping via UPS. Orders are usually delivered within 1-4 business days after shipping. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a UPS tracking number that you can use to track the anticipated delivery date of your order.

For local deliveries within the Washington, D.C metropolitan area, we make sure that you never miss a delivery confirmation. We will notify you once your order is out for delivery and inform you once it has been delivered.

Do you include invoices in shipped orders?

We do not include printed invoices within our packages. We believe in being environmentally conscious, and as part of our commitment to sustainability, we send all invoices electronically.

Once your order has been confirmed and processed, we will send you an electronic invoice via email. The electronic invoice contains all the necessary details related to your order, including the products or services purchased, the total cost, and any applicable taxes or fees.

If you require a printed copy of your invoice, you can easily print it from the email we send you. Additionally, all your order details and invoices will be available in your client portal, which you can access at any time.

How can I subscribe to your mailing list?

As a thank you for subscribing to our mailing list, you will receive a complimentary discount of 10% off your first order with us. This discount will be automatically applied to your first order.

In addition to the discount, you will also receive exclusive promotions and early access to new products and services before they are released to the general public. We value our subscribers and are committed to providing them with the best possible service.

How can I unsubscribe to your mailing list?

We would be sorry to see you go, but to do so, you can simply click on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any of our emails. This link will take you to a page where you can confirm that you want to unsubscribe from our mailing list. Once you’ve confirmed your decision, you will no longer receive any promotional emails from us.

Where do I track the status of my order?

We make it easy for our clients to stay informed about their orders. As a valued client, you will be given access to our client portal, which contains all correspondence and status updates related to your order. Our client portal is designed to provide you with real-time updates on your order, including information on order processing, shipping or delivery updates, and any other pertinent details related to your order. You will be provided an email link to access the client portal. Once you are logged in, you will be able to view your order details and access all correspondence from us.
